We ship orders through the United States Post Office. Currently we only ship items in the continental United States along with Alaska and Hawaii.
We process, pack and ship most orders within the same day or next business day and all orders should normally arrive within 2-5 business days depending upon the delivery location.
Return Policy
Returns are easy at CuteKidsGear.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
The merchandise must still be in its new and unused condition with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
We recommend using a shipping carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and to properly insure your package for a safe return so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
Before returning any item please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included inside the package with the return for it to be accepted and processed. Return shipping fee cannot be refunded.
